online help
i'm kinda new and i just kinda wanted to know what the online help is for, i don't wanna kinda make a fool of myself and get shown the cold shoulder, was just wondering what to use it for the do's and don't's.
um thanks, not sure if this is in the right section havn't really worked it out yet

Yeah it is experienced technical difficulties now and then.
When I first joined RYL I though Live Help was like a place to get technical issues sorted.

it not online too much as its run entirely by volunteers from the community,, can be very helpful just to get stuff off your chest or whatever and to know you're talking to someone who understands some.
