Off My Medications

Ive been off my medications and I really forgot how it felt. Now I am totally drowning in this and I cant do anything cause I lost my insurance. I was on state aid and they took it away cause they thought I had another insurance.
I don't know what to do.

I'm so lost.

Any advice?

Well definitely try to sort this out with your insurance company.

One thing you could try is going to your GP, not just to help you with the insurance thing but also ask if he/she can give you medication samples just to get you through until you are covered by insurance again. My GP has done this for me when money has been tight.

What other insurance do they seem to think you have - Worth investigating and sorting the insurance side with them.

I think it is worth also contacting your GP, even if by phone and discussing your options with them. Do they know you no longer have medications?

In the mean time, is there anyone you can tell how you are right now so that they can help support you through this?

They think I have Blue Care Network or something like that, and I even got a termination letter for proof that I dont but then they tell me I have to sort it out and everyone points fingers at each other and none of them will fix it when I make calls.
I called the clinic Ive been going to and they said I cant get my meds without an appointment and they didnt seem to care that I didnt have them. Which is shocking, as I am on Lamictal, Seroquel XR, and Trazodone. None are healthy to stop and all are needed. Ive been feeling desperate about it, so I went to GNC and a guy set me up with a saint johns wort tincture and a Bach Flower Essence Rescue Remedy. Im not sure how well its working, its only been two days. Do any of you know if its effective?
