Live chat is riddled with technical issues. Don't take it as hate - it's far, far more likely that it just got disconnected.

Try again, or you can email them.

We're having a lot of technical problems with Live Help, no supporter would close the conversation. If you get disconnected you can always call back or email support@recoveryourlife.com.

The Supporter will not have closed the conversation with you and it is more likely that the connection will have disconnected and that there are technical problems. It is a mistake, they don't hate you and please don't see it that way.

it has happened to me more then once makes me feel like they dont want to know. i know its technical probs and stuff but still makes me feel horrible though :(

Well, imagine how they feel when the technology has dropped someone who is feeling bad, and they were trying to help.

it's alright... I always get kicked off of chats and stuff (except I think thats just a problem with MY computer). Anyway, I completely understand why it's frusterating.... especially when I really do need help and need to talk to someone right away but my internet won't stay open long enough to actually start a real conversation with anyone. :( It's not your fault though, I'm sure many other people have also experienced that same thing. It's nothing personal though. Just like everyone else said... it's just technical issues. It's not you. *lots of hugs*

Its not pleasant on either side, supporters are on there out of their free will and kindness to offer help, there is no way it closed down of their accord.

Email them if it feels more secure that way, but accusing people of hating you as a result of this instance isn't fair.

Imagine how you would feel as a supporter. You already feel bad enough that is disconnected but then the person makes a thread about it basically accusing the supporter of hating you isnt fair and isnt going to make them feel any less guilty for something that wasnt their fault.
