Sorry to hear things aren't so great for you at the moment, *sends hugs*
Perhaps it would be a good idea to get some help with your symptoms now, while you are able to reach out, than wait till you are not able or even recognise that your depression is controlling your life. From having a major depressive disorder, I have come to realise that the sooner I address the depression, the sooner and better the recovery from episodes.
Perhaps to start with, making a doctors appointment and relaying your concerns about your state of mind, then maybe contacting one of your friends and meeting up for a chat? I understand how hard that can be, but everything starts with baby steps.
