hmmm.... sorry you're having a tough time with it.
i'm just going to point this out, and you may already know this and be doing it... but cbt, as with some other therapies like dbt only work if you are applying what you're working on to your life, its not like you can go to the appt, and talk about stuff there, and learn stuff, and then leave and not think about it again until the next appt and it will work.
