i have a cpa review next wednesday and seeing a different psychiatrist as my psychaitrsit is off sick....i am not good at meeting new people even though i am 39years old
my cpn and social worker will both be there but i am scared of going ....does anybody else dont like meeting new people and what can i do to help myself

Yeah I hate meeting new people too, maybe have a chat with your cpn and social worker about your concerns so they can offer you a bit of extra support. All the best, you will get through this. Take care

I agree with what Kat says about talking with your social worker and cpn..tell them your concerns and maybe try to sit where you can see them in the meeting for reassurance. I hope it goes well xxx
