I'm not expecting replies or support because I know that I've only really been lurking here rather than supporting. I'm just so alone right now and I need to know that someone real knows how I'm feeling whether they care or not.

My mood is going absolutely mad after being stable for ages. I'm going from really happy to suicidal to anxious to nervous to happy to tired to tearful....I can't get it to stop and I'm scared. I need to go to sleep, I'm exhausted but I can't because my mind is working overtime to put me through as many mood changes as possible in as little time as possible....and I have no one to tell

Hey, I haven't talked to you before but sorry if this is a silly question.
Have you been to see your GP about what's going on? They could refer you to people who could help if they think it is needed.

Thank you guys, it's nice to know people are out there. My GP knows what's happening for me, I'm currently on meds for Borderline Personality Disorder. But they've just not doing much at the moment.
