How do you deal with medication induced nausea?

I find a warm cup of tea helps me and a slice of toast or some crackers. Its good to try and distract yourself too. When i was having nausea as a side effect the more I thought about it the worse it got.

Different things work for different people, but I think avoiding complex foods and dairy or overly creamy substances tends to help. A lot of people I know swear by drinking plain hot water or green tea.

Being aware of yourself and not pushing yourself too much is probably the best advice I can give.

Hope it settles soon.

I am currently experiencing this too, it's no fun but generally the side-effect of nausea wears off after a little while off being on the meds so try and persist with it if you can. I find chewing peppermint gum helps or even sucking on a mint

When that happened to me I ate toast with nothing on or dry biscuits. I hope it goes away for you soon.

Have you tried ginger at all? You can get ginger pills, candy, or get tea with ginger in it. It's worked wonders for me...plus you can take as many as you need. I would choose the pills if you didn't like the taste of ginger...it can be pretty strong but you don't really taste it with the pills.
