Hehe so cut a long story short i recently aquired some gorgeous little budgies called Hadley, Sookie and Edward and i would have liked some more when i noticed a cage going on free cycle and i was lucky to win it

Of course when i got it, this cage had a bar spacing to big for them and it was dangerous so instead of wasting it i am renovating it. It had some bad rust on one area i;ve sanded down to nice shiny steel and i'm repainting it

Anyway the point is i'm going to get a handtame baby cockatiel and they were just born today

My little boy will be called Papito and i'm so excited, i don't think i've fely so happy and excited since well the budgies as i had a rough time over the weekend.

I know alot of people don't get why i have lots of pets or why i spend 3/4 of my spare money on them but my pets are my only friends that aren't on a computer, there like my life line. No animals and i'd have no reason to wake up in the morning

Have i mentioned how excited i am about this because i am

Animals are better than (all but a few) people and make far better companions. I don't know what the hell a budgie is exactly, but paired with cockatiel - I take it to be a bird.

Ahhhhhhh I love budgies! I used to have 1 called Chip :P actually I used to have a ridiculous amount of pets to help deal with the insufferable loneliness I experienced as a child.

I've had 2 cats (Archie and Ronald), 3 fish (Wolis, Gromet and Charlie), 4 hamsters (Rose, Treacle, Patch and Smokey), a budgie, and a canary (Tweety)... not all at the same time, can you imagine how crazy my house would be if I had all those pets at once

After my canary died I wanted to get two zebra finches but ended up getting a cat instead (Ronald).

Could not live without him, even though he's my mum and my grandad's pet too he's MY cat, you know? Like he greets me when I see him and sometimes he won't eat unless I feed him. And he sits on my lap all the time as well. I love him to bits <3 <3 <3 <3

Thankyou, yes a budgie is a bird smaller than a cockatiel larger than a canary lol

I have at present 6 rabbits, 3 guinea pigs, 2 geckos, 3 budgies, 1 canary, 1 mouse and 1 gerbil yes i am the crazy animal girl who's most exciting aspect of her week is waiting for a bunch of twigs to arrive lol yet i wouldn't trade any of them. They are my only real life friends and while that may be pathetic i don't care. I loooove them <3

Thankyou, i've already been shopping for him even though he was just born lol yeah i spent around £60 just on my birds alone this month, nevermind the rest but no one understands it. Think it's a waste of money but not me, it makes me happy to spoil them and if it makes me and them happy that's what counts :)
