Some jobs require a mandatory drugs test, so don't worry about them thinking you are on drugs, it most likely just a requirement they have to do. Ticking the boxes sort of thing. For example, my brothers girlfriend recently applied for a job at the local police office (answering phones and things) and they stated it was a requirement for her to go through a drugs test. It's nothing personal, it's just that some jobs need you to do it.
Try not to worry yourself a lot, take some nice deep calming breaths. It doesn't sound like you have any experience of drugs, more that your anxiety is taking over and confusing you. I'm sure your appointment will be fine. It sounds like quite a stressful situation for you right now, so try to keep in mind some calming methods that work for you ok?
