Need help
I really think (and my therapist agreed) that I need to go to a residential treatment program. It was so bad that I considered leaving school to go, but my parents didn't like the idea so I decided to wait until summer. (In the US you don't have to go thru a government process or anything, its much easier to check into a place just because you think you need it.)
But then my mom committed me to a trip to Germany and France this summer. Including the plane tickets from the US she spent about 3000$ on her. Even worse my choir paid for me. Not only did they put 3000$ of their funding down so that I could go, but now they can't replace me and we are a very small group.
The trip is at the end of the July, but that doesn't leave enough time for me to go to a program, and I don't see how I can get out of it now.
Worse I don't know what to do now. I'm not functional enough for to do anything like getting a job, and having nothing to do will probably drive me to suicide. I spent all last summer at the only day program in my city and it wasn't helpful at all so there is no way I am going back.
Er does anyone have any ideas of how to get help in less time? Or what I should do now? Or just a hug would be nice :/
