Unsafe right now.

I feel so unsafe right now. Taken some pills and loads of red bull and feel very drunk. I want to cut but promised I wouldnt so need to hurt another way. I am so unhappy right now but have to smile and pretend so I dont worry anyone. All alone now so I can be my miserable self.

when you say youve taken some pills..are these ones that you shouldnt have taken? If so, you need to seek help at a and a.

I took extra anti depressants. And some paracetamol. I feel so unloved, worthless useless uncared for. I dont know what to do.

Hun it sounds like you need to go to A&E. Is there someone that can take you? Otherwise I would call an ambulance. Overdosing on paracetamol is very dangerous. You are not worthless

You are not worthless hun....but as Crazykat said, you really need to seek help as whay you have taken is really dahgerous. If noone is about please please call for an ambulance.

I know you want to sleep but that isn't a good idea. Paracetamol is a very dangerous medication to overdose on, you need to get medical attention ASAP or can you at least ring NHS and see what advise they give you

I slept for a while and I feel a bit sick now, and kinda drunk.

Can you go to hospital hun...so they can check your bloods and put you on an drip for the paracetomal.....I know its hard i really do...hugs xx

I agree. When I was in hospital about 3 years ago for an OD the woman in the next bed had also ODed. Unlike me she had ODed on antidepressants & whereas I was (most of the time) awake and able to talk to the doctors, my psych, my Social worker etc, the woman was practically comotose. I heard the nurses saying what the consequences were if she didnt die, whereas with me as I had gotten help asap, so I was able to go home as soon as the blood tests came negative. The woman was still bad when I left, so I dont know if she did die or not, but still her fate was worse than mine.

So sleeping may not mean you are ok. You may feel fine now, but the consequences and the longer term damage may hit you in a couple of days time, when things may be a lot worse. The quicker you get help, the better. Even if you just spend a couple of hours in hospital, at least you sought help rather than damaging yourself long term.

I cant really talk about about cos I dont know why I feel this way. Made an appointment to see my gp tomorrow cos I cant stop thinking bout dying.
