I would love to volunteer to be a live help worker! I notice people aren't on as much and I would really like to be of help. How do you do that?

Live Help is run by The Supporters - to join them it might be a good idea to contact klo_flo. A great place to start is by supporting around the forums because it's vital that these places continually have comments and your replies mean more to someone than they might make obvious. Also, supporting around the forums shows that you're committed to helping other people :)
