How can I feel pretty? I look all around me and see that everyone looks better than I do... I don't know if this is all in my head or what.... I have just been sad everyday because of this... I just want to feel better... I have bad acne and I dont think there is anything atractive about myself......

Hey, we're not supposed to post weights/BMIs on the forums, because it can be triggering for people with ED's.

I think the biggest part of learning to feel beautiful is becoming comfortable with yourself. Get to know yourself. Do things that you enjoy. Wear clothes that you like. Use soaps that you like the smell of and that make your skin feel good. When you feel good and you explore your interests and get to know yourself, you learn that you are a beautiful person-- inside and out. And if you can, talking to a therapist about your body image couldn't hurt either.
