i just feel like people should hate me, they have reasons to hate me, i can't accept compliments off people and feel like i don't deserve it when my boyfriend tells me he loves me.. does anyone else feel this way? and can anyone tell me why I do?

i cant accept compliments as i always feel like ppl say them with the intent of being nasty...like they can say "your top is lovely" while thinkning in their heads "omg look at that top she is wearing"
