Positive recovery post - First night in a while...
Hey,
i guess over the last few days people may have seen the threads i have started which have been very self negative and destructive.
I just wanted to say i havent cut for i think two weeks now.
And ive had friends in my room till 1ish and alhough i cant sleep, the horrible darkness doesnt seem to have found me to much tonight,
if you feel the same, celebrate by posting a smiley, or just why.
if you feel down, post and who knows it might just help.
i suppose right now, the glass isnt half empty or half full....it just has some water in it

I persoy have not read your other posts but, it is okay to say it to get it out of your head and express what is being felt Nobody can truly help someone else if they do not know what is being felt or thought of.
Congratulations on your two week anniversary of being SH free. Keep it up because that is really good.
Keep your head held high and do not let anything stop you from being you!!!
