Keep turning back....

Been battling this for a while and the straw that broke my back was when my fiance left me for another woman. I ended up in the hospital for a week because I lost it completely. Now I am 3 hours away in my mother's house and I can't help but think about her.
3 years....and all ready she loves this new girl that she may have cheated on me with...

It's all my fault that I left town and left her to fend for herself. It's all my fault that she is stressed. It's all my fault...

when I just want a slice of happiness myself!

So if I am that replaceable...what's the point any more?

Didn't help that I wasn't taking the meds I was supposed to be taking. Didn't help that my job was stressing me out...

I don't know how to move beyond this. Beyond her. I wish I knew how she did it because I can't put 3 years behind me like that

very very few things are ever entirely one person's fault. she had a role in this as well. she probably could have communicated more if she was feeling lonely.... lots and lots of things can and do contribute to people feeling stressed. again, its is probably lots of things other than you.

even though you're back with your parents, are you still getting out of the house and doing things? seeing friends? its important not to isolate yourself, even though it is so easy to do sometimes.

you don't need to put it all behind you right away. but you do need to not fixate on it. you've got to keep going with your life and it will eventually get better. i heard someone say that when a long relationship ends it can be a grieving process. maybe thinking about it like that can help. as a process, not an all of a sudden epiphany sort of thing. processes take time, and emotions may swell sometimes, but eventually you'll move on.

this is my magical medicine cabinet. Left to right they contain: courage, hope, calmness, and strength.

The magical part: They NEVER run out, so borrow some any time you want.

PM me anytime, I love getting messages :)
