Did you guys find things easier or more difficult after starting counselling? Was there a drop before you started coming up?

i found things got harder and then got easier as i was dealing with the things id tried to forget about.

A mixture. Ultimately I think it did more good than harm though.

I think sometimes therapy was, and still is, difficult. But I find often the most difficult sessions are the most rewarding, so ultimately I feel it's done me a lot of good.
