Overdose/ Self-Poisoning Question - Laxative effect?

I do not want to top share, but can an FA let me know if an od on paracetemol can have a laxative effect as a side effect. I know saying here may be tip-sharing...

My stomach is very unsettled at the moment and I am not sure if it is due to anxiety/stress/depression or if it is due to an od I had over the weekend.

From experience I know it can be VERY rough on the stomach and all, so I wouldn't be surprised if it could have that sort of effect. Usually it just made me vomit tons as well as having the worst stomach pain I've ever known, but I suppose it could also cause other effects on the digestive tract.

Its a poison, I would imagine it would have that effect, I know it upset my tummy, not sure if it made me have diarrhoea though. Have you been seen about the overdose?

It sounds like your body has been through a lot, physically and psychologically, digestive upset could also be the recent stress taking its toll.

If your worried about tip sharing, next time, PM the FAA the drug name, don't post it?
