Just take a step back from constantly supporting your friend - she will appreciate everything you have done for her and will understand that you need a bit of time of put yourself first and get your health good again and be in a situation where you are happy. You won't be able to support her if you are feeling like this, so take some time out and look after yourself and make yourself a priority for a well. She will understand, I promise, and she will be thankful for all the help you have given her.

Its hard to fight these urges! Im going through it right now, But just try, look at your friend who is pushing through and needs you and realize that your needed and loved! Try to avoid the thoughts of od'ing and cutting. I know its easier said then done. BUT YOU GOT TO TRY! And sometimes you need to turn to someone and just ask for help. It doesnt have to be a psych, but just a friend. There are people who love and care about you and will help you you just got to let it be known that you need help. I hope i helped at least a little bit.
