slipping up.
I've slipped up three times in the past 7 days. And last night, was pretty bad. I went almost four months without doing it and now i don't think i can stop.. I've been going through a lot of things over the past two years and it's definitely not getting any better. I want to stop SI but i don't know how. What should i do??

They make you wanna self destruct
and become someone else
And when it feels like it's too much
Baby don’t hurt yourself
Beautiful scars don’t last forever
Come on, let me kiss it better
The pain won’t last forever
Come on, let me kiss it better
Your perfect the way you are
I wanna hold your suffering in my arms

Nearly 4 months is amazing! You've already made such a huge achievement :) Slipping up is really difficult... but you can always recover. It's never too late to stop SI.
Have you tried anything to distract yourself? Like... listening to music, writing out your emotions, getting out of the house, etc. Sometimes I like to draw on my arms with a red marker or pen; it's the color of SI, but it doesn't do harm. I've also heard holding an ice cube to your skin helps a bit.
I really do hope you're alright, and that things will get better! Always feel free to send a PM if you need to talk... you're not alone in this.
*many hugs and much love*

i second what lonelyhope said about four months being an achievement. what helped you to resist during the four months that you were free? maybe that can be a starting place to look for things that can help you now.
it might help if you can remind yourself about why you wanted to quit before, and make a list of things to motivate you and aim towards so that those are on your mind, rather than the thoughts saying that it isn't something important or if you feel like its pointless to try.

this is my magical medicine cabinet. Left to right they contain: courage, hope, calmness, and strength.
The magical part: They NEVER run out, so borrow some any time you want.
PM me anytime, I love getting messages :)
