need support giving up triggering

i dont know what to do, i been waiting for a bed at the hospital for a week now still nothing, i feel the need to self harm, suicide even sounds nice, i go to the er they send me awaay. i dont know what to do, please i need support, i tried chat but noone was in the right room to talke about it im sorry i cant take it anymore
