The servers were in error mode again today for about 5 minutes

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for the post and very sorry for the issues here. This was a result of a cPanel update (part of the web hosting software on one of the RYL servers) which unexpectedly trigger a database server update...this caused some downtime whilst databases were checked and upgraded.

Really sorry for the issues - all should (hopefully) be hunky dory again now!

At 11:50am or so Australian time, it wouldn't let me log so that explains it.

hey i couldnt connect to ryl for about 5mins ago wasw trying on both ie and firefox. and firefox kept saying connection timed out as it was taking too long to connect to server.

just wondering was it my dongle being silly or what. because as soon as i reconnected i was able to access the site no bother

No system issues at present, it's possible that this was a brief internet routing issue between you and us or a connection problem at your end.
