PLEASE HELP!! not remembering
i'm kkinda panicked about this.
i just saw some cuts on my arm that i don't remember doing. they weren't there yesterday. it happened to me before but they weren't as deep as this one. i don't know what this is. i know i dissociate sometimes so it could be because of this. i can't tell my therapist either because she's already worried about me and she's thinking of admitting me. please help!!

I know you dont want to tell her...but this sounds rather dangerous. Maybe you could tell her you dont want tto go.

i think that that is something that she needs to know about. and then you can have a conversation about what to do, and whether the hospital is a good option. but if you don't tell her, and then something happens, you may end up in the hospital anyways, and she may be less likely to trust you in regards to how safe you're feeling.
