Don't do it. It's not worth it in the end.
I know you want to protect other people, but don't isolate yourself.
Share these feelings with someone close.
Don't go near anything that could harm you. Have you tried putting something soft
in your hands instead like a teddy bear? Your body and soul deserve softness, not hardness.

talk to people about how you feel. bottliong up wont help you. also if you are talking they can support you through not self harming but understand that you are still struggling.

*hugs* I know what you mean... everyone thinks I've given it up too, and I don't want to let them down again with knowing I haven't. You can make it through this. Have you tried anything to distract yourself or make you feel less numb? Maybe going out for a walk, getting out of the house, or listening to some music would help. Hang in there!
