Soo... =/

Not posted in a while...which I suppose is a good thing, really (?)
Anyway I have a very physical job in care home, making cutting a high infection risk, so usually that puts me off.
I have a few days off now though and I'm not sure I'll be able to use this excuse on myself.
I've felt triggered on and off for the last week or so and...I dunno. Just need some support, I suppose.

*hugs* I'm sorry you're having a bit of a rough time with this :/ Are you doing anything to help keep you distracted? It sounds good that your job has mostly prevented SI... I really hope this is all working out for you!

I hope you're doing alright! Send a PM if you need to talk

*hugs*

We are male and female. We are artists, athletes, and students. We have depression, PTSD, eating disorders, bipolar disorder, or maybe no diagnosis at all. Some of us were abused, some not. We come from all walks of life and can be any age. We are every race or religion that you can think of. Our common link is this: We are in pain. We self-injure. And we are not freaks.

I'm sorry your feeling triggered, has anything set off these feelings for you do you think? I find distractions really helpful, as generally the urge to self-harm does subside after time. Take care
