You aren't going crazy hun but you are struggling. You need to talk about all of this with someone, your GP, hubby, anyone who can help and just keep talking to try and get some of this out your head so it does not keep going round and round. What happened in the end with the CMHT/link worker?

thankyou emma...the meds arent working properly, hes taken the temazepam away and ngiven me more lorazepam and its not working,,,,it wont stop and i cant talk to tim...hes not like thast he wouldsnt know what to say....ive stopped seeing nthe link worker as he was useless though a link to the cmht....but i fonty see them either...no point in anything..meds, meds and more meds
