Slipped up :(.
As it says in the tittle I suppose.
My dad came in before and asked what the blood was on a hankie.
I said from a nosebleed. Didn't even need to think. He believed me.
I think its helping me deal with things now but its when people start to find out im scared about :(.
I just need some hugs or something I guess.

Do you have anyone in real life to support you? Sometimes it helps. I read somewhere you posted you don't like counselors but sometimes you can find a good one. Collect up some things like nice photos, stress balls, teddies, or favorite music to use when you feel triggered instead of SH right away. *hugs*
