Hi - not sure what category I fall into...

Hi,

My name is Dave. I'm 43 so a little older than a lot of people on this site I am guessing. Over the last 18 months my life has just fell apart so I definitely fall into the depression category.

My wife had a affair with her boss nearly 18 months ago. I found out about it and she went for the jugular. I am now living in rented accomodation and missing two gorgeous kids (9 and 4) like mad. I see them as often as I can, every other weekend and a couple of time during the week, but can't seem to sit at home. The walls just keep closing in.

I'll never forget the look on my daughters face when I had to tell her I was moving out. It broke my heart and will stay with me forever.

Anyway. As I say, I'm not sure what category I fall into but I just liked the title of the site... Lets hope I can. Anyone want to chat just drop me
a line. I'm not miserable all the time...

Welcome :)

We have a lot of people of a wide range of ages around here willing to offer support or jus simply a chat, however you might be most interested in the Veterans Corner where discussion for the older RYL Members is involved :) It's particularly useful for talking about topics more relevant to adult life such as University, long term relationships, child-care and employment etc.
