Hey!
I am not that great at giving advice, but I will say, going as long as you did without self-harming is a great accomplishment! Slip-ups are hard, but they happen; please don't try to beat yourself up about it.
In terms of wondering if one can be free of self-harm, I am still trying to figure that out.
Take care!

Woah- it's great you've only had a few slip ups in the past year! That's wonderful :) You've come such a long way!
I don't know that there's many words of advice I can give, but, I hope you're doing alright. Send a message if you need to talk
*hugs and love*

"God take me, because I hate me" -Underoath
We are male and female. We are artists, athletes, and students. We have depression, PTSD, eating disorders, bipolar disorder, or maybe no diagnosis at all. Some of us were abused, some not. We come from all walks of life and can be any age. We are every race or religion that you can think of. Our common link is this: We are in pain. We self-injure. And we are not freaks.
