Don't want to slip up tonight.
I haven't SHed for a week now, and I'm feeling like i might slip up tonight. I'm feeling overly stressed and unsupported right now with everything in my life and need something to let it out. Unfortunately, no one in my life is really being supportive for me to stop, and every time it happens it gets worse. I also have habits of scratching my shoulders in my sleep or when I'm in bed, and wondered if anyone knows ways help prevent that. I have a feeling that might happen even if i don't cut.
Just needing some help and support right now, if anyone's around.

for the scratching at night, wearing thin gloves while you sleep can help, as they make it near impossible to scratch, and they draw your attention to it if you begin to try.
congrats on the week!
is there something specific making tonight more difficult? it might help to write out whats going on so it isn't all locked up in your head.
maybe listening to some music that calms you down could help you fall asleep.

this is my magical medicine cabinet. Left to right they contain: courage, hope, calmness, and strength.
The magical part: They NEVER run out, so borrow some any time you want.
PM me anytime, I love getting messages :)

Wow! A whole week is awesome! You're doing a great job :)
I like PastExpiration's suggestion about wearing light gloves to bed... do you think that would help? I don't really have much to help you with, but I just wanted to let you know that I'm proud of you, and am here if you want to talk
*hugs and love!*

There's too much stress right now and I'm feeling a lot of guilt about things. I don't think I'll make it through tonight without slipping up. I've already been scratching and biting myself tonight. There's too much going on right now, most of it is so far out of my control.
