are numbers allowed?

I know numbers arent allowed as in weights/BMI's/tablets OD'd on/ect, but are the dosages of what medication youre on allowed? whenever its mentioned in chat, people are like no numbers. just a bit confused on this.

dosages are fine as long as its not in reference to an OD.
