Forum Live View
I've just realised something - the forum live view shows the first part of all posts. Therefore someone could be looking at the live view when a majorly triggering post comes up they get no warning before reading it.

It is a good point - sadly, for the moment at least this is just a side effect of using that feature.
In the future, I hope to be able to filter out threads by label - but that is really really tough to do

For the time being Harley, to cover yourself, mayb you could put a short paragraph along the top of live view that trigering material may be viewable.
