is surgery triggering with the after pain/scars/stitching?

Its probably different for different people. I didn't find it was triggering - I indulge in the 'looking after myself' stage after sh, and I'm a lot less likely to sh while I'm 'nurturing', so after surgery I found I was in that 'nurturing' phase and had no urges at all.
As I said though, everyone's different so it may be that some people would get triggered.

I remember once, my cousin had to have stitches in his arm because he fell onto something resulting in a huge, gaping cut.. That triggered me and it wasn't even on me. I think it's because it looked like he could have done it to himself though.. Not sure.
