I guess I'm quite proud of myself right now.
It's been two years since I lost my little girl and even though it still hurts, I know that she's being well looked after by my Grandad and one of my best friends who would have been her Uncle Nathan.
I haven't taken a knife or a blade to myself in over 2years. I'm slowly losing the weight I gained after losing Baby Lyssa.
My Bi-Polar is under control, and the voices are gone for now.
I'm quite happy with what I've achieved over the last couple of years.
I survived.

Verry Verry well done to you!
To Come through this must be terribly hard.
I suffered a miscarriage last year, and thought That was inccredibly hard, but what you have pulled through it beyond amazing!
