Anxiety Help?

I think I might have an anxiety disorder. Of course I need to get a professinal diagnosis, but I live in the US and cant drive so I would need my mom to take me. But im nervous about asking her to take me, she might say I'm overreacting or something. What should I tell her to take me or how should I tell her? My physical symptoms are shortness of breath, iritability, chest/rib tightness, restlessness, and it takes a while to fall asleep. Please help.

i would tell her what you put here...

you also could start by going to your gp, and then he/she can direct you to the next step. if you think she'll over react, you could leave it at that you're feeling sick

this is my magical medicine cabinet. Left to right they contain: courage, hope, calmness, and strength.

The magical part: They NEVER run out, so borrow some any time you want.

I think you should have a sit down and a good chat with your mum about the problems you're having. I'm sure, once she realises what's going on, she will want to do anything she can to help you. (Most) mums are like that

There are, it has been said, two types of people in the world. There are those who, when presented with a glass that is exactly half full, say: 'This glass is half full'. And then there are those who say: 'This glass is half empty'.
The world belongs, however, to those who can look at the glass and say: 'What's up with this glass? Excuse me? Excuse me? This is my glass? I don't think so. My glass was full! And it was a bigger glass!
