This should be in the Mental Health part of the forum.
But yes, some people have.

Stop thinking about what I want, what he wants, what your parents want. What do you want?

You need to speak to your psychiatrist if you are thinking of doing this. Relapse is not uncommon.

There are, it has been said, two types of people in the world. There are those who, when presented with a glass that is exactly half full, say: 'This glass is half full'. And then there are those who say: 'This glass is half empty'.
The world belongs, however, to those who can look at the glass and say: 'What's up with this glass? Excuse me? Excuse me? This is my glass? I don't think so. My glass was full! And it was a bigger glass!

Yes, I have, but I definitely would not recommend it.
As said above, please consult with your doctor before making any changes, as you will need to be monitored.

Is it Lithium?
Sounds like you need the dose altered. If it is Lithium then changes of diet and stuff can alter your levels. Better to go sooner rather than later as there's a danger of toxicity.

If you aren't feeling any better physically in a day or so I'd advise seeing your GP before the psychiatrist, as soon as you can (emergency appointment). Only because, some of your symptoms are of Lithium Toxicity and it can be dangerous.
I hope you're feeling at least a bit better by now.

Have you arranged an appointment? It's really important you get your levels checked asap.

I was wrongly diagnosed with bipolar when I was younger but i'm on Risperdal ( which I think is also a mood stablizer) and I won't be off it for a very long time.
