I dont know if there's already a thread like this or if its in the right place (feel free to move). I did search forums and couldn't find one. so thought id go for it!
So anyway, having a feeling of accomplishment can push nasty demons into a corner for a little while and if you can find one thing each day then thats brilliant and can be rewarding, no matter how big or small or subject matter!
It could be from having breakfast, having a shower to distracting yourself or getting a good grade... the possibilities are endless (sorry couldn't resist )
So here goes nothing, i really hope this thread takes off as i think it could really help people!

Thought id go first, i emailed my local hedgehog hospital about volunteering. I did it myself rather than other people (i.e my nan, support worker etc) doing it for me. Its also something i actually want to do so yes im quite pleased.

I finally called a local center to find out if I could get a T. Everything works out in my favor, I can go as long as there's money for gas in the car!
Well done on cooking that dinner! Sounds like hard work :p bet it was yummy .
Im glad you managed to get a T and that you made that phone call, hopefully it will have good outcomes!
And well done in sorting out your room, getting rid of the very visible clutter in your life can help put the image thats theres some order in things and settle your soul a little

Left the house at 5:30 this morning, to work with my H as he needed help, on only an hours sleep.
Actually managed to make it thru the day, had a great time 'playing' with all the machines.
Going up the driveway, tipped the skidsteer (bobcat) backward on its rear fin, freaked just a bit, then learned how to do 'wheelies' with it, lol
Actually a preyyt fun day :o).
Smiled genuinely :D
Stopped feeling sorry for myself after feeling very low and gained some perspective that I'll hopefully be able to hold onto. Just need to work on my motivation for getting some work done now!
Recycled... the possibilities are indeed endless Puck :P
I did not have a complete emotional breakdown or uber depressive moment like I did almpst every day over the weekend. Also I got to see an old friend and we are succeeding at the fun times.
Sorted through all the Christmas donations for presents for the kids at work....managed to get to work through all the snow! Didn't throw up today when I really wanted to :)
