I am currently:
Back to work.

My first day back to work after being off sick for a week. My meds are so high I just need to sleep.Hope I can stay awake and get through the day!

Hope the day goes well (and fast!) for you.
Maybe taking your meds a bit earlier/split dose (with dr approval)might help with the tiredness?
