lost dream?

I have this dream to have a place with horses and to breed horses. I want to work with young people/teenagers, too. So I want to make projects to make them strong for life, prevent them from taking drugs and whatever...

The plan was to study equine science in england. Now I can't afford that so it feels like my whole plan to have my own place with horses just shattered.

I don't know what to do now. I have no other plans what to do with my life. I'm going to apply at uni here in germany but they are offering equine science only at one university here in germany, so if they don't take me, then I have nothing.

Sorry if this is all confusing... I'm just so scared and don't know why.

I am currently:

That sucks that you can't afford the school you wanted...but have you looked into financial aid? I'm not sure how it is in Germany..but here in the US you can get grants (money from the government that you don't have to pay back), you can get scholarships for academics, low income, and various other stuff (also don't have to pay back) and there are always student loans. I hope you get into the school you want - I'd suggest applying anyway, see if they offer you any scholarships - apply for scholarships, see if you can get grants. there's gotta be a way for you to afford it! :)

Also wonder about the financial aid? Is it an option for you?
It is perfectly reasonable to be feeling a bit lost when plans take a sudden (unexpected) left turn.
Just wondering if there is another course of study that can help towards your ultimate goal. Such as some sort of couns. courses? It seems that would be a benefit to your end goal; helping kids/teens.

Thanks for the replys!

I could get a student loan to cover the fees but I'd have to pay it back.
Then I'd still need to live somewhere and eat etc, so I'd have to get financial aid from Germany. I'd have to pay that back, too.
That would be 30 thousand Euros university fees and a few thausands for living that I'd have to pay back and I don't want to spend my whole life paying back my student loan. People that are working in the equine sports usually don't make a lot of money (except famous people).

I decided to go for day nursery or health promotion if they don't take me at the german university for equine science.
I can still have a horse when I'm working somthing else.

Good for you for looking at other alternatives. I really hope you enjoy the course and can soon have a horse as well.
