Great Resource Website - includes Worksheets

Hey guys!

Check out this great website I found - www.STOPP.gg which has a large amount of therapy worksheets on it, as well as information.

The worksheets include things like
  • challenging thoughts / though record sheet
  • OCD thought recording sheet
  • anger / panic /anxiety recording
  • mood diaries
  • weekly planners
  • problem solving worksheets
  • dealing with distress (based on dbt) worksheet
and helpful information sheets, too.

The links on the left (with info about depression, anxiety, mindfulness, dbt, eating disorders etc) are also really helpful. This site is just jam packed with information I had to share!

Thanks for posting, pretty good site. Reminds me of the Centre for Clinical Interventions: http://www.cci.health.wa.gov.au/resources/consumers.cfm

^ They also have workbooks on depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, panic attacks, disordered eating, etc.
