only one thing will make me feel better, help!
Im anxious jumpy jittery nervous all for unknown reasons. I feel like I will explode and like I need to let it all out by cutting.......
I don't know if I can control myself and not do it, but I have DBT group in just one hour.
I need to hear from you guys, my friends in RL will just give me all sorts of things I should be doing and why cutting is bad. they dont get it. im shaking from random anxiety and negative energy.
