permitted work, professional support worker

So sorry to post again, just above my last thread, but, could anybody tell me what a professional support worker is? i have found a permitted work form in my box and section 3 requires it to be filled in by a professional support worker, what exactly is one? my GP when i saw him earlier said he would back me up and give written permision if needed, i have nobody else atm as i was discharged back in May from CMHT, i am waiting to hear back from them again, but atm my only kind of suport is my GP, does that count? i've looked on google but it doesn't say.

I believe you only need the professional support worker section filled in if you are doing supported permitted work, rather than the ordinary permitted work. Your Jobcentre should be able to tell you if this applies to you, or maybe your GP might know.

Mine was filled in by my Care Coordinator.

How regularly do you see your GP - if you see him regularly then that could be a possiblitly.

I see him every month to get my tablets, i just remembered but i do still see a psychiatrist, although not until May next year do i see him again. Other than that just the GP now. I am expecting contact from the CMHT again as i went back for an assessment last month, they said they would contact me in a month to offer me some sessions, that hasn't yet happened so i will chase them up tomorrow.

I wasn't aware there was 2 different types of permitted work, the form i have just says permitted work but asks for proffessional support worker to fill out section 3
