Not wure whats up but need a hug
Feeling very low today. Mum has gone out and i'm sat doing school work (I'm a teacher not a pupil!) but the thing is she doesnt eat in the middle of the day so by default i dont either but i have enjoyed some X that pupils gave me at the end of last term and now I feel horrid. I am just wishing I hadnt and had a day with no junk in it and just worked.
I didnt sleep well and hence am a little cranky.
Guess this is all a follow on from last night as my brother has just come in and not even apologised (no surprise there) for what he said yesterday.
cest la vie
back to work
a hug would be nice though

Hey you!!
You know what a little bit of junk in moderation won't hurt you so try not to worry about it because in the grand scheme of things it's negligble.
As your on half term do you think you could do something fun or treat yourself as if it puts a smile on your face then it's achieved it's objective,

What is it like being a teacher? do you enjoy it? What age range do you teach?
I am working in a school too. I work as an ICT technician. I dont get half term holidays - you are so lucky!
I find the days at work much easier to manage with my ED as they are so much more structured, keep my mind off it. I can always make myself busy here.
I agree, do something you enjoy doing.
