I am currently:
Dont think i got better

Thought i was getting there i thought i was better till today,had a big argument with someone so much shouting and aggresion im shaking and crying i feel so sick i think i had a panic attack because it all scares me i cant deal with confrontation i break down cause it hits that spot in me that hurts from before, i cant do this, why wont noone listen to me

being "better" is a really hard thing to pin down, theres lots of different definitions, and it doesn't mean that you will never be angry, or have a panic attack, or feel really down....




this is my magical medicine cabinet. Left to right they contain: courage, hope, calmness, and strength.

The magical part: They NEVER run out, so borrow some any time you want.

I am currently:

Having an argument with someone is not a pleasant experience, and shouting and aggression is bound to make you feel very emotional and anxious. Sometimes you will have a day like this that just sets off all the wrong buttons and makes you feel like crap, makes you remember exactly how you felt before. But don't panic! You are getting there, it's an ongoing thing, these feelings will pass. Don't beat yourself up over one day of feeling understandably hurt and overwhelmed. Be nice to yourself, you are still getting there.
