i went to my counseller yesterday and basically broke down and admitted to her that i went out in my car monday night with the intenions of crashing it !!! ive cut and hit myself so much over last week that she has had to write to my doctor im worried about that now i just cant get out of this dark hole that is sucking me in .. im so tired of fighting it now im scared of what i may do next ive got 2 lovely children ( 18 + 16 ) that i want to live for my phone is full of pictures of them that i look at when it gets to much for me and i dont want to put them throuhg the pain of losing thier mum im trying so hard to stay strong but its so hard

Hey. Please try to stay strong for both your children and yourself. You can get through this, I know it might not seem like it now, but you can. I'm 16, same age as one of your kids, and I don't wanna make you feel bad or anything, but I still need my mum. Even though we don't really get on, I'm not ready to be on my own yet.

thanks to both of you for your replys x im still hanging in as you can see . just wanted to say to lia you opened my eyes and made me realise my kids do need me x seeing it wrote from a 16 year old made me think about my daughter who is same age THANK YOU . i will be here for you to, look after yourself .

Keep holding on there hun, you will get through this. Just take it one step at a time and when you feel like you have no fight left in you then fight for your kids. They are lucky to have a mum that obviously thinks the world of her kids. Keep fighting, your life is worth living. Take care
