When did you know you were gay/bi?

I knew from an early age that I liked women but I think I fully realised when I was in my mid teens. I went through a period of confusion, went out/had sex with with both men and women and realised I was preferred the same sex when I was 17.

Are you okay?

I knew I was gay in my late teens but ended up getting married anyway in order to escape from my true self. We are separated now and I feel a lot better for it.

I was 14 ish. I always assumed I was straight until then, but in hindsight I can see now that I never really fell for guys. I can see that I only went out with him because I didn't know any different. I was very sheltered and didn't know what homosexuality was.

I knew at a young age but didn't fully realize it util I was about 13 and I had a crush on my best friend.
I didn't accept it until my freshmen year in high school
because some members of my family told me "homosexuality is disgusting and sin"
it took me a long time to both come out of the closet and be fully ok with my sexuality.

I knew I wasn't interested in guys or girls for as long as I can remember, but it wasn't until I was 18 and joined a forum that I learned about the term asexuality and realised that was what I identify as.

I never thought of myself as bi till I was 18 and started seeing my current partner, but I thought about the same sex in a way I now see as clearly a 'sign' of my true sexuality from the age of about 11/12.

I am a bi female, and I am 25. In retrospect, I think I was attracted to girls as early as middle school, but I didn't realize I was attracted to women until highschool. I came out to a bi friend of mine at a concert (haha), and ironically I had a huge crush on her at the time...I'm dating a man right now, but I find that my attraction towards men or women sort of waxes and wanes over time...On a spectrum, if you will.

I dont know exactly when but i know that the only crush i had for a long time was Willow from Buffy the Vampire Slayer n it just kinda went on from there, my husband even says to this day im a lesbian that got married XD

I remember when I was little, before even knowing what "gay" meant, I had elementary school crushes on other boys instead of girls. As time went on, I found out that I've only ever fallen in love with men. It's not something that I really found out or anything, just an aspect of me that's always been there.
