I am failing at dealing with this i tried to speak to therapist but she didnt want to know i feel so so on my own and well yeah i'm seriously on my own and only good for what they can do with me only of use to people who think they can **** me about and well i deserve it

im totally losing it at the moment
my memories are awful and im dissociating loads and i cant do this anymore and i deserve all i get and well i had a run in with my ex as well and i just cant cope and im sorry this is more of a rant but i cant cope with the fact i have betrayed my parents
