I need an Ickle bit of advice?
I Help Manage My Friends Band - Get Them gigs, Webiste management, photo shoots ect
we're a tight unit and all pretty good mates
they all helped there best when i went off the rails after the split from my ex
our vocalist josh and i are closer than me and the others are ( my best mate george is the guitarist and im close to him too but no where near as what we used to be ) and we've kissed alot and stuff (no further details >_<) but the drummer has now decided its the right time to tell me how he feels about me ( unfortunately for him i dont feel the same way)
i dont know how to let him gently without causing an atmosphere during practice.. i know having a relationshp with josh is out of the question due to the fact if we split it could affect the band ( which is osmething i DONT want)
so any ideas on what i do?

Just be nice about the whole thing, there's going to be a bit of awkwardness no matter what you do, it's just a case of not causing any friction and anger.
