You're feeling low and sad and are grieving, and are also a bit jumpy and worried.
Referring to yourself in such an abusive way won't help you heal.

It can be very confusing to be asked to face the fact that you are unwell. It is not unnatural to feel sad and anxious and depressed though. None of these things make you a nut job. They simply mean you are unwell and your ability to cope on a day to day level had lowered. Medication will act as a buffer while you seek any help in finding ways to cope again.
I am sorry you have lost someone close to you. Do you think this is something you could work through with a counsellor, so that you can look at healthy ways of coping with your loss, and alternatives to sh as a means of getting through.

Depression & anxiety are actually the most common mental illnesses, and, 1 in 4 people now suffer from a mental illness. So as much as you might feel like a "nut job" you are certainly not alone; you have an illness right now, but it can be treated and this is a great start of treatment for you to, to help you live the life you deserve. Don't give up x

i was dxd with generalized anxiety disorder in 2000 and recently diagnosed with major depression and DDNOS.
when i was first dxd with anxiety probs i felt just like you hon. but as time goes on youll realize how society has accepted the dxs of anxiety and depression more than you think they do now. promise. anxiety and depression are very very common.
hang in there.. read about them online or books..it willhelp you understand and help you cope a little better and help your confusion over it all also.
take care

pm me if you ever want/need to ok?
